Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags, and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Do not send items back without contacting us first. Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and detailed return instructions.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened, unsealed, tried on, or used may not be eligible for a refund unless they arrived defective or damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
